initiated.

- Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier or service has started, cancellation
may not be possible.
2. Cancellation Charges
- If cancellation is requested before processing, no charges will be applied.
- If the shipment has already been processed or booked, applicable cancellation
charges may be deducted.
3. Order Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as
incorrect information, regulatory issues, or service unavailability.
- In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly.
4. Refund on Cancellation
- If payment has been made and the order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be
processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Refund timelines and method will be communicated accordingly.
